Personal Biography

She is the founding and Senior Partner of JURIS CIVITAS LAW FIRM. She holds a Master's degree in business Law(LLM) from National University of Rwanda. She is an advocate registered with Kigali Bar Association (KBA) since 2011. Me MUKANDOLI has experience of over than 25 years in practicing law especially in the following areas: Public and Private Insurance Law , Banking law , Insolvency administration, Business Law, Labour Law, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Company registration, NGO registration. Prior to establishing the Firm, she used to work with Rwanda Social Security Board working on pension and hazard risks where she gained a wide experience in insurance cases management. She is experienced in banking practice where she worked for a long time as the Legal Advisor of the Microfinance Bank AGASEKE BANK called now Bank of Africa LTD and she is still working with this institution. Presently, she is doing specialization in corporate law practices and insolvency. She is a recognized mediator by the Supreme Court. She conducted a number of researches but few of them are as follow:
